NOTA RASA

NOTA RASA is a modern cafe in Kuala Lumpur. In the year 2020, they began as a handcrafted cold brew. In 2022, they launched its first branch. The branding affirms the concept and offers customers an impression of the brand. In Malay, the word means "taste notes." The concept has been that coffee specialists taste the beans to distinguish the tastes for each brewing technique they provide, which is called cupping, and coffee connoisseurs describe the flavour.
